E-Filing

E-Filing is mandatory for all Probate Court case types.

If you already have a case pending before the court, please do not file a new case in e-filing. Rather choose the Existing Cases option, enter the Case Number, and click the eFile button.

You can now view non-cofidential documents filed on cases using the E-Filing Case History.
If you need to find a case number use the Record search first.
Please read E-Filing How to View Filed Documents for more details.

Please note, if you open a full estate with the minimum deposit of $125, you will be required to add an additional deposit prior to receiving letters of authority.
