- Guardianships
- Trusts
- Civil Litigation on Probate matters
- Adoptions
- Civil Commitment for Mental Illness
- Birth Certificates (delayed birth registration, birth certificate corrections, gender marker change)
- Name Change
- Marriage Licenses
