The Probate Court will be closing at 12:00pm EST on Wednesday, December 24th and will be closed on Thursday, December 25th, 2025 in observance of the Christmas holiday.
The costs for publication will be changing beginning on December 11, 2025. This may impact your case filing due to costs included in fees charged for the filing of many types of cases in the Franklin County Probate Court. E-Filing submissions that have not been approved by this date may be rejected due to the change of fees and may need to be re-filed.
