If you have a question and are not able to schedule a professional appointment, please e-mail [email protected] with your question and our staff will attempt to assist you.

All new and existing estates and trust case types are now available for e-filing. E-filing of estates and trust cases will be mandatory beginning May 12, 2025. The court will no longer accept paper filings in all existing and newly filed estate and trust cases after Friday, May 9, 2025.

Please note, if you open a full estate with the minimum deposit of $125, you will be required to add an addition deposit prior to receiving letters of authority.

**If you already have a case pending before the court, please do not file a new case in e-filing. Rather choose the Existing Cases option, enter the Case Number, and click the eFile button.
