E-Filing

all probate case types must be e-filed.  Please note, if you open a full estate with the minimum deposit of $125, you will be required to add an additional deposit prior to receiving letters of authority.

**If you already have a case pending before the court, please do not file a new case in e-filing. Rather choose the Existing Cases option, enter the Case Number, and click the eFile button.
